Welcome to The Grove Primary School Sports WhatsApp Community. This platform has been created to share important sports information such as fixtures, transport arrangements, logistics, team notices, and general updates.

Each group within the community is organised according to sport code and age group, ensuring communication remains relevant to that specific team or activity.

Groups will remain admin-only by default. At times, admins may temporarily open groups for important arrangements or responses when necessary. We kindly ask that communication remains purposeful and limited to sports-related matters.

Guidelines for All Members

To help keep communication clear and effective, please ensure that all messages are:

• Respectful and appropriate

• Brief and relevant

• Related only to the specific sport or team

When groups are open for responses, messages should be limited to essential communication such as learner availability, transport arrangements, or logistical questions.

Please avoid posting:

• General chatter

• Jokes or memes

• Advertisements or promotions

• Unrelated or non-sporting content
