🎭 Junior Drama Club (Grades 2–3)
Junior Drama Club is a fun and creative space for our Grade 2 and 3 learners to explore imagination, movement, and storytelling within a supportive and encouraging environment.
The dramatic arts assist children in building confidence, communication skills, and teamwork. Through drama games, role-play, voice work, and movement, learners are encouraged to express themselves, take creative risks, and collaborate with others.
Drama offers a safe and playful space for children to explore feelings, foster creativity, and boost self-confidence. This term, our emphasis will be on poetry, with learners working on both group and solo projects. Additionally, learners will participate in improvisation games, character development activities, and potential performance opportunities.
I look forward to working with the children and watching their confidence, creativity, and love for drama develop throughout the term.
🎭 Senior Drama Club (Grades 4–7)
Senior Drama Club offers an engaging and dynamic space for learners in Grades 4 to 7 to explore drama more thoroughly through games, improvisation, and character work.
The aim is for learners to develop confidence, communication skills, and teamwork while being challenged to think creatively and express themselves with intention. Sessions focus on voice, movement, character development, and collaborative performance work.
This term, there will be a strong focus on poetry, with learners working on both group and solo performances. Learners will also have opportunities to refine their performance skills and build confidence in presenting their work.
I am eager to support learners as they develop their creativity, discipline, and self-expression through drama.
