AD-HOC AFTERCARE VOUCHERS:  

The Grove Aftercare offers an Ad Hoc Aftercare facility. 

Since Aftercare has limited space and we must adhere to a set child-to-supervisor ratio, there is a booking process to be followed in order to make use of this service:

 Step 1: Enquire

Email aftercare@thegrove.co.za to find out whether your child can be accommodated on the day/s in question. 

Step 2: Forms

 An Aftercare Voucher Application form will be emailed to you, and this form must be completed and returned to Aftercare.

Step 3: Vouchers

Purchase an Aftercare Voucher.  Vouchers cost R100, and may be purchased from the finance office or payment can be made via EFT to the school account. For EFT's, please use the reference:  child's name+VOUCHER, and email your proof of payment to fees@thegrove.co.za.  The Finance Office will send the vouchers home with your child. 

On the day that your child attends aftercare, they must present a voucher to the aftercare supervisor.
