APPLICATION FOR AD-HOC AFTERCARE VOUCHERS:  

The Grove Aftercare offers an Ad Hoc Aftercare facility and vouchers can be purchased on Karri. 

Since Aftercare has limited space and we must adhere to a set child-to-supervisor ratio, there is a booking process to be followed in order to make use of this service:

▪️Parents must confirm with the Aftercare Manager that there is space available before purchasing a voucher on the Karri App. 

▪️The cost is R100.00 per afternoon. 

▪️Parents will purchase the voucher on the Karri App—pupils will not receive physical vouchers.

 ▪️Pupils can only attend Aftercare if the payment appears on the app. To confirm availability, parents should email the manager at aftercare@thegrove.co.za  before purchasing the voucher.
