It is our responsibility to help our children be, not passive recipients of content, but engaged thinkers.

Grovites are encouraged to understand their capacity for growth; to learn from mistakes; to build resilience and to take effective action to change and improve. We promote Habits of Mind that encourage intelligent responses when faced with problems. 

Grovites are continually taught strategies to practise, reflect on and improve these behaviours.
