Recruitment: Deputy Principal

During the June SGB meeting, the following committee was ratified for the selection of The Grove's deputy principal:

  2. Anna Grimsrud (SGB parent rep)

  3. Candice Joshua (Principal)

  4. Cath Lee (SGB educator rep)

  5. Naseema Parker (SGB non-educator rep)

  6. Bev Petit (SGB educator rep)

  7. Liane Posthumus (SGB parent rep)

  8. Helen Unwin (Senior staff - co-opted)

The committee will also be supported by the WCED.

The selection committee will set criteria for short-listing, short list applicants and conduct interviews based on the applications received via the WCED e-recruitment system. The recommendations of the committee are then proposed to the SGB who makes recommendations to the WCED.
